Assign a mentor / buddy for smooth induction of New Hires. To know that there is someone they can go to with their questions
Familiarize the associates with the 3 tier learning resources available for Processes for them to get a context and more in depth knowledge as required
Allow trainees time to shadow their team members for a day or two as they work – makes learning more effective, allows them to share knowledge and collaborate.
Acts as a continuous training mechanism as live updates and suggestions are provided by the reviewer/SME.
